We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

Orders will only be processed once full payment or agreed deposit has been received, unless a trade credit arrangement has been approved.

For trade accounts, separate payment terms may apply.

4. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the website or directly are subject to acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Reject orders due to stock availability or pricing errors

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued where applicable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability and logistics conditions.

Shipping costs are calculated based on system estimates and may be subject to adjustment for bulky, heavy, or regional deliveries.

Where adjustments are required, customers will be contacted prior to dispatch for confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or external factors.

6. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of goods transfers upon full payment.

Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery or pickup.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect goods upon receipt and report any issues within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted subject to approval, time limits, and restocking fees.

Faulty or damaged goods will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Installation Responsibility

All products must be installed by qualified and licensed tradespeople where applicable.

We are not responsible for:

  • Installation costs
  • Labour charges
  • Reinstallation costs
  • Project delays caused by installation issues

9. Trade Accounts

Approved trade customers may be offered special pricing and credit terms.

Trade pricing is confidential and may be withdrawn or adjusted at our discretion.

Failure to comply with agreed payment terms may result in suspension of trade privileges.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or installation of our products.

Our liability is limited to replacement, repair, or refund of the relevant product, as required under Australian Consumer Law.
